Cancellations: In accordance with the Australian Psychological Society (APS), fees for cancellation of appointments are as follows:

0-24 hours' notice. 100% of fee required

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know with as much notice as you are able, preferably 48 hours or more so that your appointment can be filled , allowing another person the opportunity for psychological services.

Reminders: You will receive an SMS reminder with the date and time of the consultation 24 hours beforehand, as a friendly reminder. Please confirm through the SMS reminder facility by selecting Yes.
